Con is an experienced business builder, manager and company director with strong leadership skills. He has founded and operated large businesses covering manufacturing, electrical, technology and services over a period of 25 years, and has successfully completed over 50 business acquisitions and divestments. Con has been directly involved in numerous debt and equity raisings and has a track record in delivering stakeholder returns in both private and ASX listed public Companies.

Con is easily able to move between “working on the business” to rolling up his sleeves and “working in the business” and has been involved in litigation matters and shareholder activism.

Con is supported by a group of professionals covering legal, accounting, banking, private equity and corporate advisory.
