FOS is the Greek word for light and FOS Lighting has its origins back to the 70’s when it was first established as a fluorescent lighting manufacturer. In the 80’s it merged with Sun Lighting and in the early 90’s Moonlighting was established. In 1999 all these businesses were merged together to create Australia’s leading national manufacturer and distributor of commercial and industrial lighting products.

FOS Lighting acquired the Frend Lighting business in June 2019. FOS now has a fully integrated manufacturing facility In Brisbane and offices in Melbourne and Adelaide
